Cardemio is an AI-powered flashcard and quiz platform that allows users to upload PDFs, generate study decks, take quizzes, add notes, and share content with the community. Features and availability may change without notice.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use Cardemio.
You agree not to use Cardemio for unlawful purposes, to upload infringing or harmful content, or to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By sharing decks publicly, you grant Cardemio a license to display and distribute that content within the platform. AI-generated content is provided for your personal use.
Cardemio offers paid subscription plans (e.g., the Pro plan at $5.99/month). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account or via the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to paid features until then. Fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout. Prices, plans, and features may change; material changes will be communicated in advance. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) govern payment, billing, tax collection, invoicing, cancellations, and refund mechanics for your purchase.
Cardemio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSUR Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
